For glasses/contacts wearers

I am making a final project for optometry and I need some more statistical data so I decided to use this forum too.
How old are you?

Are you wearing contacts, glasses, both?

Whats your prescription?

still increasing?

At what age did you get your first glasses?

Would you rate yourself as severely near- or farsighted?

When do you put your glasses on in the morning?

How do you:

-reading?
-read in bed?
-use the computer?
-board at school?
-outside of the house?
-being at a store?
-take a shower?
-go to the bathroom at night?
-swim?
-sports?
-sex? (optional don't have to answer)

Were you told by your doctor/optometrist to use the glasses for:
Reading?
Computer?
Daylight outdoor activities?
Night outdoor activities?
TV?
Board at school?

Do you like / dislike wearing glasses?

16, worn glasses since I was like 5. Put them on as soon as I get up.

Whats your prescription? -1.25 and - 1.75, I think

still increasing? stabilised, apaprently

When do you put your glasses on in the morning? after getting dressed

How do you:

-read in bed?
-use the computer?
-board at school?
-outside of the house?
-being at a store?

with the exception of the last 5, I wear my glasses for everything else. Did try sports glasses; but they got rather sweaty.

Wear for all. Or rather, they generally don't say. But if I don't wear them for things involving reading, I get eye strain.

Do you like / dislike wearing glasses? can't say I really like them.

At what age did you get your first glasses? About 17 or 18

Would you rate yourself as severely near- or farsighted? I thought so when I first noticed the difference between my vision with & without correction but I know there's people with prescriptions a lot stronger than mine.

When do you put your glasses on in the morning? Usually first thing. When I first started wearing them often I wouldn't put them on until I was about to leave the house.

Wear them for most things- take them off for showering, swimming etc.

Board at school? I was told I needed to wear them all the time.

Do you like / dislike wearing glasses? I found wearing glasses really annoying at first. I'd still rather not have to wear them but I've got more used to them over time & I like how I look in them.
