Hey, welcome to TSR!

You can give rep by clicking the green thumbs up bottom at the bottom left of posts. You can also give personal rep by clicking on a members profile and then you will see a 'Give rep' button with a green thumbs up to the right of their profile name. Hope that helps :smile:
