Which Statistical Test should I use for this data

Im investigating the effect different types of music (3 types: classical, rock and pop) has on cognitive ability as age increases.

I have 20 (10 in each age range) subjects of the age range 20-30, 50-60 as I believe these two age groups have the biggest effects.

I decided to use a numerical reasoning test as a way to determine cognitive ability after a minute the subjects listened to each music track (for 6 minutes)
For both age groups

I also recorded heart rates for both groups of subjects and for each music track.

With this, which stats test should I use?
