I did something last night that i swore id never do!
I JOINED IN with kareoke! :redface:

Me and Pete sang a fine rendition of Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen
and i sang a duet of Down Under by Men At Work with the guy who won it!
Got myself a drinks voucher for my trouble! :biggrin:

I currently taking Architecture Technology and beside taking note and receiving coursework. I don't think there anything else I do.
Beside not getting not enough sleep. :sleep:

The course is ok, nothing intersteing had happen yet.
We are going on a trip to europe next year;happy2; , but not confirm. :confused:

What about you anything special?

the course content is good but we havent really got anything special planned.
I m contantly knackered since ive been here even though i try to eat healthy
and exercise regular. I only drink twice a week so i cant think why im so lethargic :frown:

Hey, a flat full of fresher isn't a good thing, I with three girl room mate, and each has they bf studying at the same univ.
That isn't bad enough since they live next door and WONT *****ING SHUT UP, WHAT THE ***** CAN YOU TALK ABOUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, WHEN SOMEONE NEXT DOOR IS TRYING TO SLEEP BECAUSE UNLIKE THEY I GOT CLASS IN THE MORNING.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I getting sick and sleepy that my time zone isn't right, I means they now both on either side of me and now laugh and talking.
I not going to get some sleep unless I pop some sleeping table, but that isn't going to help much as their don't slowly close their door and let it all bang bang. :frown:

do what i do and invest in some ear plugs
my flatmates are inconsiderate most nights when they come in
i can hack the talking but the slamming doors reallly pisses me off :mad:

I only go out maybe twice a week because my student loan is dissapearing slowly
and so are my flatmates bank balances.The difference is mine will last longer!
By the way are you a foreign student?

No, I just very very very bad with english. I born in UK.
Sorry for any mistake I make.
I had retaken my GCSE English, 5 TIMES and I still haven't pass it :motz:

I just can't take exam, reminded me of my driving test; crashing my car into wall, wanted to put it in reverse, but left it in 1st gear. :frown:

I am always tired. I just came back from my lesson just to get a couple of hour of shut eye.

And my leftside room mate is still inside with her bf still chatting.;kiss;
I don't think I can even get a nap. :goodnight

That isn't bad, at least you got a grade. Unlike me.
I normally ok with exams, but because English is such an important language.
I think I try to stuff as much I can remember that I forgot to check what I am really writing.
I alway have bad luck with the thing I want the most. Which is really weird.
Anything weird even happen to you?

Little Aspley is a good place to live.
My roommate have now stop talking in the middle of the night and I am soooo relieve.

People who choose Aspley Hall or Firth Point and Snow Island is because it closes to the Univ.
Storthes is nice but it tooooooo far.

I'm currently living with a couple of mates up in Birkby (top of town) but was in Storthes last year. End of last year we couldn't wait to be away from the place. This year we want to be back there and back in the middle of nowhere.

For a fresher, Storthes has to be the place. I slated it for most of last year, but looking back it was ideal for the atmosphere, for the space and for getting to know people. Plus, you have dBar there where I spent many an afternoon playing pool when it was quiet :smile:
