Hey, I wanted to ask that as a mature ( 21 years old) student who has a D in maths, is it sensible for me to do the foundation or higher paper at GCSE MATHS and why?

Higher, at he age of 21 you should be able to ace it lol.
Just revise, that's am, you require, motivation and concentration.

Higher, honestly GCSE maths isn't so bad as long as you put in effort and do a bunch of past papers you should be fine
