EU Student in Oxford Brookes & Tuition Fee Loan

Hey, guys!

I'm from Portugal and finished high school here, but I'm going to start working in England on the 4th of February. I have also received an offer from Oxford Brookes, so I have everything sorted and my only worry is the Tuition Fee Loan.

I'd like to ask you:

1. Is it difficult to get this Loan or is it something that I can consider as guaranteed?

2. Will it help me get the Loan if I start working in England in February or is this meaningless to the government?

3. I'm going to work to raise some money mainly because of my living costs (accommodation and food). Is it possible for the government to deny me the Loan if I have about £7000 in the bank which will later be used to pay for the accommodation and living costs?

And also, my last question is:

4. I went to university in Portugal this year, but since I didn't have enough money for tuition fees, I left and want to come to study in the UK because I can pay the tuition fees after I graduate. Can the UK government deny me the Tuition Fees Loan because of this?
