maintenance loan
Can you apply for maintenance loan retrospectively? I didn't apply for maintenance loan for my first two years of university (only tuition fees) as I thought I wouldn't be eligible due to being an EU student. I now realise I would have been eligible as an EU migrant worker. Thank you.

A student has up to 9 months from the 1st day of the academic year to apply. I would say you would not be eligible as you have passed the 9 month deadline. What academic years did you get the Tuition Fee Loan only?

Year 1 and 2 will be past the 9 month deadline and you would not be able to apply as a Migrant Worker for these years.
