I am now on the pill but because of spotting and stuff we used a condom a few times and he says the My.Size 64 condoms feel the most comfortable

Hi Anonymous - hope you are now sorted and it's a shame you had to endure a few dorks along the forum way!
My own recommendation would be Trojan Magnum XXL. They unfortunately assume that girth equates to length so they are far too long for me 6.5 long and 6.5 girth (that's around not across!) but they don't cut off circulation. They are also thick - so not much feeling.
The options for the larger guy are painfully limited - and I mean that literally!

Yes I've seen the videos but don't forget the penis is a lot more sensitive so squashing one into a condom which is meant for a thinner penis won't fit correctly.

6" girth is by no means ridiculous and, to be honest, if you're a guy laughing at the thought of it then it's probably not saying much for you. Think about it...
To the OP, I'd say try Trojan Magnum XLs. They're the widest you can get 'over the counter' (Boots, etc.) but are still not great for girth.
I've also tried some of the specialist suppliers and agree with what someone said earlier about length always seeming to increase at the same time.
I'm 7"+ in girth myself but only(!) around 7.5-8" length and it seems that the manufacturers don't think that's long enough for the widest ones!
