Self Teaching AS politics alongside A2s?
Hi, I'm in year 12 and atm I feel like I'm going to fail my Physics AS level; and was wondering whether it would be possible to self teach AS politics next year to get a good grade for it to act as a replacement to a bad grade in AS Physics. It would be Edexcel Government and Politics btw. I have a keen interest and politics and am good at writing essays
so if anyone has any experience with politics I'd love to hear from you

I'm not a 100% certain that all schools will let students take on additional AS courses next year because they're scrapping AS (please someone correct me if I'm wrong - I need to know too!)
If you get the grades you require in your other three subjects for university you don't really need to undertake Politics anyway - it would be quite difficult and add to your work load. If it is something you do need to do then I don't think it's impossible but I would be skeptical about self teaching because I think that's a huge risk. Get a tutor on the side maybe?
