Can University allow change of course?
I've chosen my firm university, but I became much more interested in another course, but in the same uni. They're both relevant to each other (BSc Genetics ->BSc Medical Genetics). I understand the other course will probably be full, but is there a chance that I can switch course? Do universities allow that? Will it affect my offer? Like will they assume I'm a confused individual who don't know what to do...and so withdraws the offer they gave me? Do I email them as soon as possible, or should I wait for results day? Any help is much appreciated! 
They're happy to change the course you're on so long as within the first few weeks of starting

Yep I'm fairly sure that's the case, like within the first week or so. Don't forget once they've got you they will do their best to keep you and ensure you're happy, so don't worry Bruno!
