ODP training.
Hi all,
I'm about to apply for ODP secondment at the hospital I work in, there are two places offered and triple that number of colleagues applying, how can I make myself stand out from the rest, has anyone recently got accepted for this training? And how was the whole interview process? Any info or help would be amazing.
