Everything in moderation. I get my five a day, I consume dairy products (full-fat - and no, I'm not overweight), I eat meat as a source of protein (although I'm tempted to become vegetarian), I eat plenty of carbs (because I lead a really active lifestyle) and I don't deny myself sugary treats, but I don't overload on them.
Although one thing I refuse to eat is a takeaway or a ready-meal - cannot stand them.
