Rent starts next month but is at half rent for the first two months of summer. £34
It's worth paying it to not get a horrible house when September comes! And perfect if you want to move in sooner.

Really close to both campuses but not too close that town is a trek! Next door to markeaton.
Kitchen has dishwasher and tumble dryer, double oven ect

Room on offer is in the middle of the house with the window facing the garden

There are now two rooms available in the house, only have to pay next months rent half price it's worth it for the property.hello, are those rooms still available? In case they are could you please give me your phone number? Is it suitable for a couple?
