I think I've filled a DBS form in wrong!
Got a job within IT and, while only temporary, I'm pretty excited however, I needed to have a DBS check before I can work there.
I was sitting there yesterday merrily filling in the DBS form and it just hit me, like a ton of bricks, that I may have filled something in wrong.
I think I put the wrong dates for my addresses. I have recently moved a year ago and I put the wrong month for the moving date plus, I also put the wrong year (I put 2009 when really I moved in there 2006ish) for moving in on my previous address
While both are wrong, it covers the 5 years of address history.
I'm pretty worried that something will be wrong. Will they reject the DBS due to incorrect information and, if they did, how would I fix that?

If the worst comes to the worst they will send it back for you to adjust the bits that arent quite right.
