can you sell a contract phone?
like the phone itself not the actual sim. I have a new phone which I've put my sim (contract sim) from my old phone into. I am now left with a phone which I may as well sell.

Yes, of course you can, I have a contract sim as well (phone not included)
As long as it isn't the phone that is on contract because you would have to keep paying for it, unless your not bothered about that.Original post by Treypound

Yes, the contract goes with the number and sim, not the physical handset. You'll still be paying for the phone itself but that doesn't stop you from selling it on.
