OP I feel the same!! If you want older men for serious business then forget tinder! Try an online dating site which is paid for like match or eharmony rather than POF etc. The paid part acts as a bit of a filter and you will more likely find what you want although you must of course still be careful.

Don't do this. Young (not sure how old OP is, I'm going to guess around 19) girls on dating sites is a recipe for disaster. I've had friends try it and it almost always ends badly, for obvious reasons, given the typical demographic of these sites.
I would suggest changing where you socialise. If you're in London, then it's much easy. If you're in a university town then maybe not so much.
Beware that if you are going after an mid-20s guy in a professional job, don't assume it's going to be long term. Many will view it as a short-term exciting fling (again, had friends who this has happened to).
But this is my opinion, not eternal truth.

Eventually I'd love to settle down with a girl I could genuinely see myself spending the rest of my life with, but I'm not into temporary relationships, more stress than they're worth. I'd rather be friends with a girl first and gradually realise she might be the one, otherwise I'm very happy to keep things on a no-strings basis for the time being.
