What does " online offer made " mean ???
This morning I applied for a MA and two hours later I received on my application platform a message from the uni, entitled " (name of the MA) -welcome" , where the person explained that in july I will have to provide them with an english language certificate ( english is not my first language) and also a copy of my degree (I am in 3rd year right now). And she also gave me links for funding, scholarships etc... And the status of my application is " online offer made". Does it mean I have a conditional offer ??
If it isn't clear whether you have an offer or not, then phone/email the Uni and ask.
It does appear a bit sloppy to me - which may the warning to you about the way that Uni works.
