Best way to read a ECG!!

I believe i mastered most things being in my final year of nursing but one things that confuses me is reading an ECG.

I just cant get to grip with it.

Can anyone help me out with any tips or pointers or videos??

This should help consolidate some of the basics. The website itself is pretty extensive when it comes to ECG's but i'd recommend starting with that link and mastering that first before moving onto anything too complex.
I think the easiest method is the one taught in life support courses.

It is a six stage format that allows you to spot the basics.

For the basics you only have to look at the rhythm strip at the bottom.
