A level Chemistry, should I pick it?

Yeah, I'm a bit late picking my A levels but I have applied! I was thinking of doing A level chemistry because I enjoy it but I only do double science at school, will this pit me at some sort of disadvantage compared to anyone else taking the course?
I along with a lot of people in my school agree that if you don't need to do chemistry (eg. for your degree) then don't do it , trust me

I know a few people who only did double science at GCSE and are now doing A-Level chemistry, and I don't think it disadvantages them too much. I've heard from my teacher that someone in her Year 12 class who didn't do triple science has been doing pretty well, but there are some others who did triple science that don't seem to be doing quite so well  What's more important is whether or not you're willing to put in the hard work- chemistry can be a challenge, but if you work hard and enjoy it, you should do fine.
