A couple of questions about postgraduate loan?

I'm going to be living at home when I study my masters. Would I still be entitled to it?

Will it only cover my tuition fee if I'm living at home or would it also cover maintenance, etc if needs be?

It says I can be paid "up to" £10,000. What are the factors that would stop me receiving the full thing?

Yes you should be still entitiled, you can use it for living costs and tution if you wish to, it's based off of how many credits you are doing hence the up to i think.
