Exam results - possible for grad entry medicine?

Hello. I got my A level results as A*A and C in english lit, biology and chemistry respectively and have been accepted to study Neuroscience and psychology starting in September with the intention of grad medicine afterwards. I was ill throughout my exams (glandular fever) so have been marked as special consideration. I was only 3 marks off across the whole course to get a B in chemistry. I was wondering whether this course (neuroscience and psych) and the grades I got would be acceptable for grad entry medicine if I get a 2:1 or higher degree? Also, I want to retake one of my chemistry exams in order to achieve my B - but would this be possible whilst in Uni? Thank you
