Narcissistic brother

My brother got into medical school and is in his third year now. He got in and always talks down to me and everyone else when he visits during the holidays. He seems to think that I won't got in when all my teachers do. Do you have any advice with dealing with people like this? Who think they're better than you and always talk down to you.

He sounds more arrogant than narcissistic. Either way, just make sure you get in too and he'll shut up then.
