Gel nails or just a manicure?

Hi guys, I go to America in a week and want to have nice nails so I was wondering whether to get gel on my natural nails so it doesn't chip, or just a manicure. I've never had a manicure so I dot know how it will look and what it includes but I like gel nails so I'm swaying that way. Which looks nicer and which will be better on my natural nail and less damaging?

I'd go for the gel nails if it was me. As long as you ensure that your nails are all clean and healthy before you get them done then they shouldn't be damaged at all. Gel nails are a lot less damaging than acrylics, at least. They look natural and you have a lot more options to choose from compared to a manicure.

Yeah, get gel nails. It is much more convenient, you don't have to worry about them. Your nails will be perfect for at least 15-20 days
