Do you shower after PE/swimming?

And is it actually compulsory? Because the PE department at our school always says that it's compulsory to hit the showers after PE and after football practice? But the thing is I really don't want to, I mean it's kinda weird

Not really but you'd want to wash off the chlorine after swimming or the sweat after football...

it's up to your school to decide if it's compulsory there

I never showered after PE at school as the school decided that it was taking students too long to shower so they stopped it being compulsory.

It's definatly a good idea to wash off the sweat/chlorine whether that at home after school or at school. My school never made us do it at school though
