Atas clearance due date

Hi,
My college has set the due date for the ATAS clearance to July 20th. However I only just applied for mine yesterday so my estimated date of completion is august 4th. Do you think I will be rejected from the university because of this? Is there any way to speed up the ATAS clearance application process? Thanks :/
