Masters in HRM or Marketing

can someone please advise me on masters in marketing or hrm... which is better?

I've considered doing a Masters in marketing, as I am currently in final year marketing BA, but I spoke to my careers advisors, and they said that generally speaking, a masters is obviously good, but within marketing, often experience in the industry is more important than a masters.

I'm not sure on HR though...

thank you,
i really dont want to spend another year studying marketing and then find out that the job prospects arent as high as for HR
i know there is a definite demand for people in HR at the mo
