In England the name is generally pronounced /pɹaɪ'mɑːk/ (first syllable rhymes with "pri" and the second syllable with "mark")..

That's not really rhyming, it's just pronouncing. You can't say that 'pri' rhymes with 'pri'. Especially when it's the 'pri' part that people are debating how to pronounce in the first place!

I've heard people call it Preemark but no-one around my area says it like that.

Primark doesn't sound posh, Preemark sounds silly.
If people went around saying designer labels wrong then everyone would laugh. Its just because its cheap nobody cares.

I'd go with Primark.

Primark. My Welsh flatmate says Preeemark.

I only heard it called Primark when I moved to England.

Infact, back home the joke is calling it Primark is to make it sound posher than it actually is
