primark exchanges

Hi i have my first shift at primark tomorrow and not entirely sure on how to do an exchange. I can do a return fine, it’s just the exchange button is on the same one as returns. Do i scan the receipt then scan the new item?

if its your first shift, I'm sure there will be someone supervising that you can ask.

Well done for getting a job with Primark

As tomorrow is your first day and shift at Primark then don't worry about not knowing what to do about return and exchange items.
You'll be trained on what to do with the checkout process and also putting items out on the shelves etc.
