What happens if I don't get the grades but they will still allow me in?

Might get dropped a course, can I still apply for this uni?

I want to study this course:

I am doing three A-levels (Politics, Economics and Religion) and I am considering changing the latter to it's BTEC version. Glasgow require AAB A-levels but do not mention anything about BTECs. Would this still count? I'm not sure how it works, I've yet to find a uni that seems to accept BTECs in place of A-levels. Please help

I would say the best thing to do before making any decisions is to ring the university and check with them. I can't see anything on their website about BTECS either but if you ring they will be able to give you a definite answer. On this link to the university it gives phone numbers and emails for each different subject, so you could email if you don't want to ring :smile:
