Do universities offer full scholarship or atleast around 75% for all A's in A-level?
Do universities offer full scholarships for international students getting four A's in edexcel A-level??

Most Unis do offer scholarships for getting good results. Look at their websites, and search for "scholarships" - you should get quite a few results.
do you ask for scholarship, i mean apply for it, or do they just give it to you if they feel you deserve it?
I believe Oxbridge give quite a lot of money if you're poor - however, I'm not sure if that applies to international students.
