They sent me a nice letter with a print out from their website and a note reminding me that my application has to be processed by UCAS by October 15th, but that's about it.

Therefore, that means that if I don't get a letter this week... I'm rejected from Cambridge also....... I'm seeing myself with 6 rejections and staying in Madrid

Not at all. I've got 3 mates who have also applied to Queens', none of them have got anything either.

it doesn't mean anything. beating yourself up over something you don't know will achieve nothing. why not focus on the things you enjoy doing, read around your subject or exercise- anything to take your mind off it.

well... I'm not been obsessed or anything.. but the first news i have had from UCAS was a rejection... and UCL Bath and Nottingham... are the ones which I thought I had a "real" chance of getting in... and now UCL has rejected me...

i got rejected by exeter and got into cambridge. a friend got rejected by leeds and got into oxford. go figure.

classics. well, i'm supposed to be studying. i can't seem to get myself to do anything today. which means that I'll prob be up all night doing the work that I should have been doing when i was playing pacman/posting on tsr!

Has someone heard something from Queens'? I have applied for L100 Economics... and I have already been rejected from UCL... and I think Cambridge is going to do the same thing :frown:

We do language and also literature, philosophy, history, linguistics, and art & archaeology. Mythology would probably fall under literature right now but you can specialise in mythology in the third year.

You will get a letter. Probably once you give up on it- tis the way of the world!
