Ok so I have studied for 2 years previously at University and have since dropped out and received a CertHE. I am applying to University again with an entirely different course and just wanted to know if the question to:
''Have you studied or are you currently studying any higher education courses? ''
is yes as I have do not have a degree. Would the question:
''Did you achieve a qualification? ''
Be yes or no?
