WWednesday was supposed to be a rest day but went and practiced some axle cleans and press. I can press for days with 100kg its just the clean. Very poor shoulder mobility so lots to work on next 5 weeks before comp.

190*10 ( last set felt the best in terms of form and weight. I do not like these)

Started curling again to strengthen forearm and bicep to try prevent any more injury when cleaning the log....along with better form)

Awesome session. Quads still on fire from Yoke training Saturday but I powered through. Nice 5-10 min rests.
Scrapped bench (may do it tomorrow instead of rest day).

Wednesday was rest.

Supposed to do deficit paused deads today but I want Saturday free so can go out with the lass early.

Did some Yoke just upto 240 for 15m there and back then 200kg for some speed runs. Really attacks my quads unlike anything else so hopefully getting stronger.

Somethings up with my quad so these felt more painful than usual. MiCE tonight and rest couple days
Used Saturday as a rest day due to being with partner.

Sunday also meant to be a rest day but mate persuaded me to go in and do some stones.
Not done stones in a good 5/6 months so wasn’t sure I’d get much.

Did some loading then over a yoke.
110*8 in just under a minute
Then reps vs my mate at 110 and got 6. He’s a beast and did like a another 4/5 easy after I was done.
