WWednesday was supposed to be a rest day but went and practiced some axle cleans and press. I can press for days with 100kg its just the clean. Very poor shoulder mobility so lots to work on next 5 weeks before comp.

140*10 ( beltless....mainly to work my core these. Nice and light)
Deficit paused deadlifts

190*10 ( last set felt the best in terms of form and weight. I do not like these)
Started curling again to strengthen forearm and bicep to try prevent any more injury when cleaning the log....along with better form)
