Sociology assignment, pointers?

Could someone please take a look at this Sociology essay and give me:

* A grade
* Pointers on the essay. Does it include enough factual information and statistics?
* Is there anything else I should add?

You will probably need some Sociological knowledge and a little knowledge of basic History in order to mark it. I have given the marks that each question is worth. There may be one or two typos, but just ignore those, I type fast! I'll correct them later. Many thanks! :smile:

In poverty trap put something about people who are below the poverty line are on benefits, but then when they earn enough to be above the poverty line they stop recieving benefits. However, they also lose free dentistry, free school dinners etc, so therefore they are in the poverty trap because they are no better off. I think it was Bill Jordan who put this forward? I can't remember now, I did it in July last year!!

Sorry that I can't really help anymore because alot of this was not on my spec, so I don't really know what you could put to make it better. It sounds good though! :biggrin:
