Which would you pick? I'm thinking QMUL due to locality.
Have you applied to either yet? Location may be important but so is course content and teaching quality/style. It is important to check that you’d enjoy the course content and the teaching style suits you as well other things like student support etc.

Brookes is a decent university.
Have you visited both open days and spoken to current students, lecturers and alumni?
If you want to stay in London, go with QMUL.
If you want to sample student life in Oxford, go with that.

i did apply and i got into it but my parents are still not sure on sending me there
