EY Job simulation UK 2021

I passed the NRT exam, I have been offered the JOB simulation test. I don't know the Format - especially those Video questions. Can someone help me? Should I expect Strength-based or Competency-Based questions?

It sounds like a more interactive version of a situational judgement test. I reckon you'll have to decide how to approach certain scenarios presented in videos. I found some more info here about EY's process: https://www.graduatesfirst.com/ey-assessment-tests , and they have a video too on that page. Hope this is helpful

Was the numerical test hard? How did you prepare for it?
