UCAS Reference from open uni

Hi, im filling out my UCAS form, I'm hoping to transfer from the open university first year to a brick university into 2nd year. It asks for a reference from the university. Could I just ask one of my tutors?

Hi wanted to ask something I’m thinking of studying at open university for one year then transfer to second year I just want to know what it’s like and did you go to the brick university
