how do you get an effective 'pull' workout (back and biceps) with no equipment

Back:
Pull up 3x max
Inverted row 3x12 weighted if it is too easy e.g put some heavy stuff in a bag and wear it
Superman 3x max

Biceps
Chin up 5x max
Towel curls 4x 15 (wrap a towel on your feet, grab the ends of the towel and curl )
