Tenancy contract take over at unity square for 2022/23
Looking for somebody to take over my tenancy contract in unity square liverpool. The contract is £125 per week for 44 weeks starting September 10th. Whereas the price is now £145 on the website due to the popularity of the accommodation, so you will be saving £20 a week.
It is close to Lidl, Tesco, Subway, Starbucks, Dominos and all of the universities are a short walk away. Each bedroom has a 32” TV, double bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe, large desks and storage spaces. The kitchen has 2 ovens, fridges and microwaves, a large dining table, Living room has a 50” TV, and 4 sofas.
