Subject related classes in Foundation Year?

Hi, so i've tried to find information on whether or not there are subject related classes in foundation year, but couldn't find anything. Maybe there aren't any, but i've also seen some schools (rarely, i think) do offer such classes. Does anyone know if that's the case for UWTSD? I know there are electives, but from what i saw on their site they were just general.
