HNC Certificate

I studied a BTEC HNC in 2020-2021, and still haven't received my certificates/Notice of Performace. I've done everything I can think of to get them, I tried doing their online form to request them, I tried calling and asking for it to be sorted, and even going to campus and asking for it to be sorted.

Each time I get nowhere. Which leaves me wondering do they actually have to give me the notice of performance. Is there anything Pearson or Edexcel can do, or will they just tell me it's a dispute between me and the centre?

The only thing I can think of, is taking time off from work, and sitting at campus reception until they sort something out, but it shouldn't have to be like that.
