Mega bus couldn't find my items
I travelled from London Victoria coach station to dundee through mega bus to arrive on the 18th August 2022 to arrive dundee 19th August 2022 but the first bus that was suppose to carry me with 3kids M11 reguse to carry me bcos I had luggage. The last bus to Glasgow that night carried us and the bus I join from Glasgow to dundee I forgot my backpack containing a laptop inside . I made a lodgemwnt that day and they responded they can't find it. please someone should help me
