Will I be eligible for home student uni fees?
I am a British citizen but my parents are diplomats. We currently live abroad and are going to move back when I'm 16. I know that to be eligible for home student fees you have to of lived in the UK for 3 years. I have lived in the UK from the ages of 1-4, 7-11 and when we move back it will be from 16-18. My question is will I still be eligible for home student fees?
