Got a lower level exit award at uni
What does this mean? I had so many troubles and I don't know what this means.

It means that you'll obtain a qualification, just not the one you were studying towards - it'll be a lower / lesser qualification.
For example, you may have been studying for a honours degree, like a BSc (Hons) or BA (Hons), but instead are being awarded an ordinary degree, like a BSc or a BA.
It seems odd that you haven't apparently been told what exit award you'll receive.

If you leave a course early then depending on how many years of study you completed, you can receive a certificate/diploma for the part of the course you did complete.
