To be able to use ucas extra do I have to have received no offers / reject all of them? Or would I be able to use extra if I received some offers but not all 5? If so, is it possible to see what is available on extra before declining all my offers?
You can only use UCAS extra if you don't have ANY offers/rejected from all/declined all offers.
You will be able to see what is available in UCAS extra though the option "Show course with vacancies"
