I admit for that bet I got lucky, I was looking for any net over 1000/1 and putting £1, there was a few in that timeframe offering those odds and I put it on

I'd say even without knowledge, research, testing, analysis, trail and error
Just look for the out of the blue odds, they do win from time to time

Various reasons - winning too much, placing types of bets they didn't like (even if they lost!) or taking advantage of weaknesses in the way they compiled their odds.
I'm curious to know what's the type of bets you partook they didn't like even if those bets lost?
