medical school and gcse grades

i am currently studying A level chemistry biology and psychology and I wanna study medicine at uni. for my gcse grades i got 5 in English language and a 6 in mathematics and a 7 in science. do you think that there is a chance i will get accepted to any medical schools in London for e.g. imperial or ucl ?
You need to actually do necessary minimum step required for those applying to medicine of actually reviewing the entry criteria for the medical schools you are considering to apply to. They will very clearly state what their shortlisting methodologies are and what they require otherwise. Case in point, neither UCL nor Imperial score GCSEs and just have minimum requirements. However I believe for Imperial the minimum requirement is a 6 in GCSE English language. Therefore you would not meet the requirements there unless you were resitting GCSE English language.

I would also strongly advise you not arbitrarily restrict yourself to a given location when it comes to applying to medical school, as you may well miss out on applying to medical schools you would have a strong profile for because you pigeonholed yourself early geographically. Unless you own property in London and can't feasibly rent it out, have caring requirements there, or are receiving medical treatment from specialists in London which you can't access elsewhere, it seems hard to justify limiting yourself in that way.

Particularly as after you finish medical school, London is the most competitive region to get a posting and so it's very likely at least some of your medical training after you finish medical school will be done outside of London. Generally most junior doctors will need to move multiple times over the course of their training - if this is not possible for you it's very likely this will limit your options considerably after medical school. Therefore, you may as well get used to moving sooner rather than later!
