lost all my progress by coming home and revising for exams?

at uni i lost like a stone from going gym and dieting. coming back home I just eat all the food my mum gives me and in 2 weeks I've gained back so much. i am staying here until may but i need to get my summer body by end of may at least 😭 If i hit the gym every day after exams will i bounce back??
I would say you don't need to be disappointed just keep your good work and give some time to the preparation ..

Any body is a summer body! Did you want to lose weight or need to lose weight when you went to the gym?

If it's 'need', a sensible rate of weight loss is up to 2lb/1kg a week. However, you can't just train away a large calorie intake than you need. Look at what you are eating and portion size and make some of your own meals. You don't necessarily need a gym, you can train at home and outside.
