will i be able to improve my maths grade from 3 to 4/5 in abt 5 weeks for gcses? if so, how should i?

definetely! there's nothing hard in grade 5 math, so you just have to do the maths questions as much as possible, I'd say not to buy math practise books but use ur exam board's past paper, the questions almost have the same solution.

Yes, it is! I would recommend doing lots of practice questions + going through the mark scheme to mark yourself and looking at how you can improve your answers. If it helps, Study Mind has lots of free resources that you will find helpful!
