Hey, I’ve got an offer to study pharmacy at uclan but I’ve changed my mind and want to study computer science at uclan. Will they allow me to change my options right low since they have vacancies in ucas extras for this course?

Only the university can give you a sensible answer, phone them in Monday and ask.
Contact the uni directly and ask.
